Thank you to local business Bee1 and Plumbwise Skewen for inviting us to be part of the ‘Adopt a Beehive’ initiative.
We are now proud owners of our very own beehive and we look forward to regular updates on our bees.
The beehive is kept off site and managed by Bee1 beekeepers. We are looking forward to more visits from Deb and Mark to develop our understanding of how a beehive works and bee conservation.
Hopefully in the summer term we may be lucky enough to sample some of our very own honey!
