Wellbeing Wednesdays

Everyone knows the saying ” the middle of the week is not a trough, its a peak.” We will be working together to make sure that everyone gets their peak. How ?   Wellbeing Wednesdays.

I am a fan of taking Christmas decorations down soon after Christmas. I look forward to less clutter and more open spaces, but one thing I am never in a hurry to do away with are the lights. Christmas lights and candles always make a room seem cozier.

In addition to lights, why not try to bring in some plants to help freshen the air. Small potted plants are a really easy way to brighten up a space. Try to grow your own.  Just don’t forget to water them!

Finding ways to keep moving. 

We will feel better and our children won’t be getting in trouble for simply being energetic. Try yoga in the link below

  Random Acts of Kindness

Let’s not forget the people in our lives who matter the most.

Hug the person next to you.

Drop everything you are doing and play.

Create a quiet space/den/ nook.

Read a book out loud to someone.

Put on some music.

Send a family member or friend a text.

Remember an important appointment for a friend, and ask them about it.

Thank your parents/ children.

Take out the rubbish.

Make a meal for an elderly relative.
